The Brilliantines is a stage name that The Fluorescents took when they played in the israeli tv show "Zbeng". This band isn't bad at all, but I wouldn't call them punk. Most of their songs are weird hebrew cover versions, some surf, some rock... and there are also some pretty funny skits between the songs. The best songs in my opinion are the surf versions of HaTikva (track 17) and Dana International's Diva (track 7). I'm still waiting to get the full track list.
